Shipping/Order FAQ

When will my order ship?

For all in-stock items, please allow 4-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed (not including shipping times). If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to the email listed on your order as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are now shipping most Canada/USA orders via FedEx - typical delivery time will be between 2-6 business days once shipped.

You will be provided with a shipping estimate upon checkout. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic and depending on your location, shipping times have increased and may vary for the time being. 


Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally :) We offer both an economy shipping rate & an expedited rate.


How are shipping prices calculated? 

At this time, taxes & shipping are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are totally decided by the carrier, although we are working to find a solution to lower international shipping costs.


What currency are prices listed in?

At this time, our prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order. 



Unfortunately at this time, we do not issue returns or exchanges. However, if you’ve received an item that was defective - please email us through our contact page within 14 days of carrier delivery date and we will be happy to assist. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description. 

Also, please note that washing the item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.


I received the wrong items in my order

If there was a mixup in your order, please email us through our contact page and we will look into this immediately for you. 


Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order such as a size, colour or an address change, please let us know within an hour of the order confirmation time. We can not guarantee that this change will be made, but we will try our best.


What happens if my package is lost? 

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages, but if you believe your package is lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier.


Are there customs or duties with international orders?

We wish we could say with certainty when or if you will be charged customs or duties, but unfortunately it can be unpredictable and varies by country. Common Love is not responsible for any customs or duties on international orders levied by your country on imported goods.
